Borsalle does not provide refunds or partial refunds for any cake that meets our quality standards once it has been picked up, delivered, and accepted by you or a designated party.
We also do not offer refunds or partial refunds for design variations, color discrepancies, or misplaced messages. If the message on the cake is incorrect, we will correct it or return it to our kitchen.

Care care Instructions
Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. Decorations such as cake toppers (if supplied separately) should be kept at room temperature. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 to 90 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.

Please don't push anyone's face into the cake as there is a risk of serious injury caused by dowel rods, toys, decorations, fruits or fillings etc. used in the cake.
All tiered and high cakes contain food-safe wooden or plastic dowel rods (required for stabilizing the cake). Please remove these dowel rods from the cake before serving. See details here
