All our cakes and cupcakes need to be hand delivered as they are freshly baked and fragile. We offer a door to door delivery service in Dhaka metropolitan. Unfortunately, due to the costs associated with hand delivery we do not deliver outside of Dhaka. Please check our delivery coverage area here.

All our cakes and cupcakes are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order of the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. Decorations such as cake toppers (if supplied separately) should be kept at room temperature. For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture, we recommend removing the cake 60 to 90 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature). If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.

Please don't push anyone's face into the cake as there is a risk of serious injury caused by dowel rods, toys, decorations, fruits or fillings etc. used in the cake.
All tiered and high cakes contain food-safe wooden or plastic dowel rods (required for stabilizing the cake). Please remove these dowel rods from the cake before serving. See details here
